Start date: April 2017, 30h/week, fixed contract
We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Business Development Manager to work
together with our Sales team of Research Assistants, BDMs and Account Managers to
ensure think global Milengo’s continued growth.

The candidate will be expected to use creative, technical and personal skills to win new
business and lay the foundation for long-term business relationships. We need a good
communicator who is organized, outgoing, persistent and creative. The candidate will
work within a young and dynamic team and report to the Sales Director.

Your tasks:
● Contact sales prospects in the Software industry via phone and e-mail
● Follow up on sales opportunities generated by the junior sales team
● Closing opportunities in cooperation with our client services team
● Reviewing lead qualification results and providing feedback to our research
● Manage, evaluate and report on assigned sales campaigns
● Maintain lead information in our CRM and sales tools
● Taking part in creating email templates and campaigns

Your profile:
● At least two years of experience in B2B business development (complex sales)
● Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of German is a plus but not required)
● Excellent communication skills
● Hardworking and detail-oriented
● Able to identify opportunities and close deals
● Dedicated, you have long-term plans in the industry and are motivated to stay in
● Strong analytical skills
● Flexible, willing to work in a dynamic, creative team
● Self starter with strong work ethic
● Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
